Harry Potter Series
I read him the whole Harry Potter series when he was 5 years old. We read the whole series again about two years later. He has also listened to Jim Dale’s narration, which is admittedly (a little bit) better than mine. At 9 years old, he is reading the series on his own.

Since his reading level didn’t allow him to “read” his books, my eldest enjoyed Neil Gaiman via audiobooks. The Graveyard Book and Coraline continue to be favorites.
