The Ningen: Humanoid Sea Creature of the Antarctic

Ningen sightings in the Pacific, Antarctic, and Atlantic oceans describe the creature as a whale-like creature, but with appendages of a human being. It is said to be huge—no, colossal. Somewhere between 60 to 90 feet long. It has no known mystical powers, and seems to only be spotted at night.
